I am the owner and operator of my business providing attention to detail. I will personally be with you every step of the way from conception to completion to deliver beautiful and functional spaces. The goal: to compliment your aesthetic and lifestyle and give you a stunning result. Open Communication is essential, and I welcome your collaboration and input as we go through design process together.

The Lobby Interiors is a smaller design firm, however, focused and endeavors to deliver, as well as exceed on all projects. When my clients are happy, I am happier. Providing a successful space for you is my passion and is what I love. That feeling of accomplishment is second to none.

To begin the design process communication is key. I encourage you to bring a long anything that inspires you for your space. This may be any Pinterest boards you may have, pictures of wall art you love. Any images of rooms that evoke an emotion you wish to introduce into your own space is helpful also. I encourage you to bring a long your completed Questionnaire. This will act as a platform for our discussion revealing everything you want /need for your proposed design. The Questionnaire will help us to gain an understanding of which direction the design is destined to go.

Once we have discussed your design in greater detail, I will email you through a copy of my design services and their costs. This Fee Proposal is a clear and easy to understand analysis of what each service involves. We can establish quite quickly what services will be required to meet your design brief, whether it be commercial or residential. Knowing the total cost of design services in advance, before we even begin on your project, establishes understanding and clarity.

Not all projects and their requirements are the same, and vary due to their scope of work. In general terms for a typical home, the entire process will take on average 12-14weeks. The lobby Interiors recommends you plan your project (3-6 months prior to your build begins). The design process is quite a detailed one. keeping in mind the entire process includes detailed documentation. You will be presented with contracts, product selections, cabinetry design and 3D renders in order to create your masterpiece. A lot of communication and back and forth is a constant in the process resulting in a collaborative achievement.

The Lobby Interiors will have provided you with full, in depth and detailed documentation covering every aspect of your design. This documentation is for you to pass on to your builder who will in turn pass on to his trades. Whether it be tilers, painters or carpenters, they will all have clear instruction on how their part of the design will be orchestrated. Your builder will be in charge of your build/renovation. I will conduct sight visits as well as communicate with the builder and tradespeople through out the design process. I will ensure everything is going to plan and give guidance from start to finish.
